I have tried to analyze forming of composite.
The layers was merged a part.
And, I assigned surface-surface contact that surfaces are outside of blank, die, holder and punch.
A exterior layer was assigned as well, but other exterior and inter-layer was penetrated to the exterior layer and analytic surface.
I can not solve this problem.
Somebody advise to me please.
PS. I attach abaqus input file. My abaqus's version is 6.12-3
I think the definition of master and slave surface plays an important role. Check the analysis handbook. I think there are some recommendations for the choose of master/slave surface.

As Ehsan said, this is pretty much a contact definition problem. I am not sure why you don't run standard CAE instead of explicit since CAE standard is much easier to run in contact probelms! Anyway my best advice is to check with Abaqus support, they are pretty much very helpful.

I have solved myself.
I could select inter-layer surfaces. (I think it is a bug in abaqus)
The penetration problem was solved using assigning contact condition in inter-layers.
