The Survey has around 60 respondents. 4 motives were identified in the literature, by asking 5 question per motive in the survey I try to identify the most important one. However every respondent filled in there income, age, gender, and profession. How can I analyse the data statistically?
And is it necessary? Because, when i take the average of the given answers in likert scale, and sort it per profession I can show which motive is more important. However my question remains if it is statistically valuable.
Hey, yes ive averaged the 5 scores, and yes there a 5 likerts per motive. What I meant was that every respondent filled in there profession so that maybe different motives differ per profession or income or age etc... I think that a simple ANOVA test could answer my question though?
