In a pharmaceutical price-volume agreement, how can I determine the reimbursement price for the listed drug?

In this agreement, the drug price will be reduced once sales exceed a certain threshold. How about the original price before the reduction, who sets it and how it is set?

Hi there should be a price survey that precedes product launching. The data will have to be within or externally determined. However, the price should be just right for start-off. the market trend and effect of diminishing returns can be applied to the price-product volume performance scorecard. develop a trend and establish a regression for the predetermine price and back calculate to your original price.
