IHC Images for publications?

What is best way to present images of IHC for publications?

Which Magnification is ideal and if I want to show one low magnification image with some part high magnified, what is the best way for it?

Should i take 2 different magnification images from microscope or just 1 image and then small part zoom?

I do not know my question is enough clear but i hope will got help.

Hello! I prefer to use the scanning machines-like Aperio or Pannoramic for preparing Photographs for articles. You can choose aftewards the magnification and so on by yourself.
