For the attached Absorption spectra graph,
1. As the absorption intensity increases for some samples 0.7 to 1.4, is it due to hyperchromic effect?
2. If UV emission center from Absorbance spectra (obtained from UV-Vis spectroscopy) lies between the 298nm to 302nm what do we observe from it?
3. If the wavelength corresponding to the sharp peak, are the emission centers, whether its bandgap energy has any way related to optical band gap obtained from tauc plot?
The data is of poor quality as in two of the spectra the absorbance value is negative (which is meaningless). I could not understand what do you mean by "UV emission center from Absorbance spectra". In general absorbance value is kept in the range of 0.1-1.0 for linearity (Lambert-Beer's law). Unless your spectrometer is capable of measuring high absorbance, with accuracy, the data may be unreliable. Absorbance is an absolute value not an arbitrary unit (like emission intensity). It is very important that proper care be taken when measuring the spectra to avoid any over or misinterpretation.

For the first question, this is depend on the many parameters, such as deposition technique, deposition temperature, deposition time,..etc, where all parameters affect on the physical properties of material such as structural, optical, electrical,..etc.
I think if your material was deposited on glass substrate? if yes, this manner already obtain, because the glass absorb wavelengths at UV (approximattly below 300 nm), therefore you can take the absorbance data from 300 to 800 nm).
If UV emission center from absorbance spectra lies between the 298nm to 302nm , this mean the energy gap is high and toward to shorter wavelengths and you can calculate it by using tauc plot, also this indicate that the grain size for your material was decreased.
