For any 2D cross-section of the 3D world, we see that the 3rd dimension interferes with the 2D cross-section regularly.

No conservation law, like mass conservation, energy conservation or momentum conservation holds for a particular surface always.

But for 3D world, all experiments show that such conservation law is always satisfied.

The question is, why?
