If therapeutic cloning replicates human body parts without a birthing person, then could therapeutic cloning clone an entire human? Specifics?

1)Take somatic cell from patient

2) Insert somatic cell into a donor’s egg

3) grow enough stems cells in the egg to heal the patient

4)Apply stem cells to patient.

Perhaps if there is a base(like a mechanical skeleton) to grow the stem cells other than the original owner.
