I am currently doing research in regards to micro-algae.
The research involves in buying a stock or starter culture from another lab since the stock culture was cultured from another island. It would be shipped by a plane, will be transported by a car so that it would be delivered to my school's laboratory.
I heard that this stress can affect or kill the microalgae so I wish to find the best course of action in doing this issue.

as long as it remains alive it is fine. By keeping it in ambient condition based on what is suggested by the supplier for around 10 days it can come back to normal if it experienced any stress.
