Can conformational/translational/rotational freedom of those surfactants attached to solid surface be reduced? If so will they affect the micellization process?

You should look at this as two phenomena.
Micellization will start at the same equilibrium solution concentration with or without a solid interface, namely at the concentration when air-liquid interface optionally liquid-solid interface is saturated. Depending on whether there are more surface active components contained or not composition at the interface and in micelles will change towards the average solute composition.
Orientation at the interfaces obviously will change with the nature of the interface.
