First one is an interesting species. The key for identification of fishes belong to Minous is incomplete in western Indian ocean. Limited report available from Visakhapatnam, AP.
The eel looking fish are most likely of the Conger genus, so actually not Muraenidae, but Congridae. Muraenidae have a dorsal fin that starts close to the head, while the fish in the pictures clearly lack said fin, and have only a caudo-ventral fin. (Plus they look exactly like the Argentinean conger, which which I've worked in the past)
