I am currently writing a manuscript where are involved two type of luminescent dendrimers (one is bearing vinyl-flexible bonds, whereas the other one is bearing more rigid ethynyl bonds).
From what we observed (photophysical data + DOSY NMR) is that the more rigid tends to produce dendrimer clusters in DMF, water; whereas the other doesn't aggregate.
I would like to render the dendrimers so that we could give another proof /view of what is happening.
I used Avogadro and it did not work for such a complex compounds (20,000 Da average)
