I would like to invite universities worldwide to participate in the new master’s program for managers which we develop at St.Petersburg State Economic University (www.unecon.ru). The idea is to open a network-based applied master’s program with tentative title “Industrial Enterprise Resources Management” together with at least one famous industrial enterprise in St.Petersburg and several universities and centers in Russia and abroad. We already agreed with JSC “Svetlana” to develop this program together and now we are looking for other partners. The start of the program is planned for September 2018. If your institution would like to participate, your professors could be involved in development of the courses and then - in long-distance teaching of our masters in English or Russian. They also sometimes could come to St.Petersburg to give live lectures.
If in principle your institution is interested to participate in our network-based applied master’s management program “Industrial Enterprise Resources Management”, we'll need by December 7th, 2016 a scan of letter stating that the university is ready to cooperate. We have an MBA programme in management and MSC programmes in hospitality, tourism and event management. Dear Teun! Thank you for your reply! I'm glad that our program found a positive feedback in the Netherlands. We applied to a Fund here in Russia which supports development of such programs and waiting for their decision. I think, in March we'll start developing the courses and will contact our international partners (our network already includes American, Japanese and Finnish Universities and research centres) regarding the program. I'll try to write Dr. Birdsall upon your recommendation later.
