[Extra info- I did scan line function on two images and when clipped together these scan line images, the area which is in my shapefile which I require is coming with distorted pixels. So, I want to cut out the shapefile in two parts to pick the area separately from the two scan line images and then clip them together. Please help me with my query.] P.S.- "this part" written on the image, parts I wrote by mistake
You can use "Extract by mask" in ArcGIS.
You need to create a polygon shapefile to define the area you intend to crop, then go to ArcToolbox > Spatial analyst > Extract > Extract by mask. After that, you should indicate the input raster, the raster or entity later that we use to define the areas to extract (Input raster or feature mask data) and the name and location of the output raster.
