I want to use diode(MA4E1317) for rectifier design. Can anybody please explain how to extract input and output impedances of diode in ADS.

I suggest you read a thesis in the link below. The MA4E1317 rectifier Schottky diode is used at millimeter wave frequencies. Experimental characterization technique is used to determine the input impedance and design the matching circuit.
