I want to quantify acetic acid in fermented fruit vinegar. I did total acidity quantification by titration method but i want to quantify exactliy acetic acid rather than other acids. please give me some idea, if there is other methods to quantify acetic acid.

you can use the chromatographic method (HPLC) to quantify the acetic acid. just you need a specific column.
HPLC. Column HPX-87H, mobile phase: sulfuric acid 50 mM, @ 0.6 mL/min and 45°C
