Start by doing a Google Book search on cloud forensics. You will be able to access many books, some of which you will be able to read for free. Check also the major cloud forensic conferences for suitable cloud forensic papers.

I have added a list of papers from a broad range of diciplines that you can get access to to see how forensics are viewed across disciplines.

Digital forensics are challenging, but cloud brings much more difficulty to forensic investigations, introducing special technical complexities to the equation.

Cloud adds dimension of "remote computing" to forensics. Good source is http://csrc.nist.gov/publications/drafts/nistir-8006/draft_nistir_8006.pdf  so that you start to understand the issues.

Among the papers on Bob's list, I would particularly recommend the work by Keyun Ruan - she's on RG

If you want to consume the topic "digital forensics in cloud computing" in smaller pieces, you can you can revert to topical treatises (such as https://dx.doi.org/10.14257/ijgdc.2015.8.3.13) as well.

I think the standard tools like FTK, Encase which experts are using the same tools will help you to do forensic of Cloud
