I want to ask about pseudo first order kinetics?

in pseudo first order kinetics, we plot the graph ln(qm-qt)vst. when we calculate the value of(qm -qt),it will come zero and we get the ln (longirithym) no value or negative value and we plot the graph in origin the point will be less. please tell me what do i do.
