I noticed that articles in Arabic do not get marks at the citation level. Are these articles not approved by researchers, or is ResearchGate not supporting this language?
If I understood you correctly, the issue is that few or no citations of publications in Arabic are displayed in ResearchGate. This can be attributed to at least three reasons:
1. The indexing of citations is rarely complete in ResearchGate. This affects publications in all languages. See, e.g., my reply to this question and the links to more discussions about this problem therein: https://www.researchgate.net/post/Why_my_h_index_not_showing_and_my_citation_is_also_not_showing
2. In ResearchGate, citations are identified by an automated algorithm, not by hand. I can well imagine that this algorithm is not designed for all languages.
3. Relatively few researchers worldwide are able to read publications in Arabic. Of course, this also depends on the field of research. However, publications are usually only cited if they have been read.
