I couldn't understand the state space equation. what is alpha? it should be a vector of 3*1. do you define alpha as {alpha=[a1*x1+a2*x2;x3]'}?

thank you for your interest,yes alpha is vector equal to the product of the matrix A 3.3 and the vector 3 x(t)=[x1;x2;x3]

You define alpha as a vector of 2*1 dimensions.
alpha(1)=a1*x1+a2*x2
alpha(2)=x3
Is your equation in the form of state space (i.e. d(x)/dt=Ax)?
