Im doing my thesis, i have conducted a survey then i have prepared graphs and percentages for the results in the analysis phase. i need to do now higher statistical analysis, i dont know which statistical method is suitable for my data. my survey is multiple choices for students and instructors that are enrolled in online universities. as example,

Nora, If I am understanding your questions and scales correctly you could convert the reposes to nominal data or ordinal (depends on reposes), they run frequencies. Actually this is my first time i use statistical analysis so am very confused how to use them. I have already done the percentages and descriptive analysis. Regarding chi square analysis should i do it for each question and take the multiple responses as categories? so i do the test on each question or what ?!
My hypothesis is not nominal, it says that using a certain technology will increase the interaction withing the online universities .. actually i didnt find that any of the tools fits to to my data
