Hi Essam, you cannot directly connect models built in SIMULINK with models built in SIMSCAPE (or maybe SIMPOWERSYSTEMS) in your case because the models in SIMSCAPE only understands the "electrical variables".

So, you need to convert your block made in SIMULINK to electrical variables using either "Controlled voltage source" or "Controlled current source" which are present inside the electrical sources in SIMPOWERSYSTEMS library.

I have also attached a model of Induction machine which I built few years back; the reference to this model is taken from "Analysis of Electrical Machinery and Drives", pages 184-187 by PC Krause .
