Would you provide me a scale to measure "wasta" which is an Arabic version, it is similar to nepotism or favoritism.
i am studying wasta in relation to ethical behavior.?

This is very dependent on how you are using the word "wasta" and in relation to what behavior. Wasta means inside connection.
It would be something like networking in the positive sense. It is negative when favoritism is associated with this connection. So it is relative to the context within which you are using the term.

Actually i am conducting a research about ethical behavior in the work place , and wasta (independent variable) is part of the national culture that affect ethical behavior (dependent variable).

All the best in your endeavor. If I understood your question correctly, I prefer uains 4-point scale. From very ethical to very unethical. Measuring it on a 5-point scale may result in useless answers. In other words, if you give participants choices like neutral, somehow or I do not know, it is as if you are giving them a chance not to answer your question. Let me know please if my answer is not relevant.
