What is the dependence of the viscosity, dielectric constants and elastic constants of BL036 and E7 Liquid Crystal on the temperature and frequency. Thank you in advance!
I am skeptical about you ever finding this complete set of data. Please remember, that both of these materials are proprietary mixtures sold by Merck, originally developed for commercial use in LC displays, and so the disclosure of such full data was not encouraged.
You might get some information in the Merck datasheets, because today these materials are not useful for any practical device (the technology moved on far). But it's more likely that nobody at Merck has bothered to collate the data : researchers are going to buy the materials anyway because today there is very little choice of LC systems avaiable. I cannot imagine anyone succeeding in publishing an academic paper with such measurements : it would be declined by the referees as "not adding anything new" to the subject.
This is unfortunate, because lots of people would benefit from such complete data sets (as your question shows). But it is also understandable: I am less familiar with BL036 (look in http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/polb.1093/pdf for dielectric properties at least), but E7 is practically 5CB and most of its characteristics are like those of 5CB (although the addition of tiny fractions of terphenyl and OCB suppress crystallisation and increase Tni). Could this source be useful (or its references):http://www.waters.com/webassets/cms/library/docs/720004814en.pdf
I have attached an image of a page from Merck's data sheets. Many years ago, I made photocopies of some pages from the library of Kent Sate University. I was able to find them and here you are!
