Which "system" do you mean? ResearchGate? It shows 3 publications and 5 citations in your account. If you published more than 3 papers, you may add the remaining ones, see https://explore.researchgate.net/display/support/How+to+add+research . It is not possible to add citations manually, this is done by RG's algorithms. See these discussions:

You wrote that you "added and sync" with your ORCID ID. It would be new to me that it is possible to sync the ORCID and ResearchGate accounts. I looked into the RG help pages, but the ORCID ID seems to be mentioned only once, in https://explore.researchgate.net/display/support/Profile+information+and+visibility ("How do I add my ORCID ID to my profile?"). In the ORCID profile at https://orcid.org/ it is possible to link to one's RG profile under "Websites & Social Links", but this does not mean any synchronisation between the two platform. However, if you know how to sync, I and probably also others will be interested to learn.

@Dear Wolfgang R. Dick, Probably the researcher published more articles which are not in English. I have a good number of articles which are in Bengali and I did not add those. But I did not face any problem to add anything in Research Gate.

It is also my question, Is synchronization possible between the two platforms or Is there any need to do that?

In which platform your are talking about?

Add your publications to various sites like google scholar, ResearchGate, ORCID, Scopus, etc. It will definitely help.

Dear Yasin Jemal Yasin I noticed that you participated in a number of multi-author papers in the Lancet. The 'author' in the paper is described as "GBD 2017 Disease and Injury Incidence and Prevalence Collaborators" This is something that is not recognized by RG engine. However your papers are in the system, see for example:

You can easily claim this paper (and subsequently the paper will be added in your profile). Just search for the titles of all your papers you miss and add them to your profile. For example go to the link above and click on "more" where you see "claim authorship".
