Do realise that you ask your question in the Q&A section of RG and not to the RG (help) team. The problem with your observation is that your reference is not recognized by the RG search engine. If you go to:
Article Students’ Awareness of Human Rights Education at Higher Seco...
And click on references (and scroll down) you see your reference (unrecognised).
I think it is of no use to contact RG (since they are unable to help you in this matter), what you might try is to add more alternative names in your profile (see for more info https://help.researchgate.net/hc/en-us/articles/14292898263057-Updating-your-account-name ) and add:
Zain-Al-Dien, M.
Perhaps this might help to get the reference recognised.
