Hello. How are you? I hope everything is going well. I have a question regarding insects of the family Coleoptera: Cerambycidae. How can DNA analysis be used to accurately identify the species of these insects? Also, what methods can be used to determine their sex (male or female)?
First of all collect the tissues of that order insect after collection that by going through the PCR or gel electrophoresis then match with DNA marker of that orders mostly coleoptera order have male sex character xy and female xx then match the sequence and determine the exit sex
