Professor Shi Jing Huan Laoshi is one of the best educationists in China and she is one of the most lovely teachers of our university. I also saw Professor Wang Xiaoyang Laoshi of of my institution in this lab, and he is one of the most humble teachers of my university.
I feel blessed that I ever studied in her class. I feel grateful that I ever studied in Professor Wang's course.

Thank you, Cheng Le, for being open and for sharing your concern. It looks to me that this issue is bothering you and you have tried to solve the issue, but you did not succeed, and that is why you are asking for advice. If you are a PhD student, as I understand, you should talk to your supervisor or mentor rather than the Dean. A PhD student usually has a schedule, including training on the experimental part and designing their research project. I am not sure how are you progressing with your research project, and what plan do you have with your supervisor. If there are problems or conflict with your supervisor and you do not know how to solve it. Then go to the Deputy Dean of Research or the Dean of your Faculty and show the challenges you are facing. Do not blame anyone, but be objective and looking for a solution. If there is anyone in the institute you trust, you could seek their advice before progressing. I am not sure what exactly is the challenge you are facing. I am trying to read between the lines. I hope this be of help. Best of luck. Prof S Azer.
