I did EIS experiment in my flow cell setup for CO2RR at -1V but the plots very strange. I do not know how to fit it in half circle with nova?

The FRA parameters and Nyquist plot are attached here in jpg.

WE: Cu deposited carbon paper

CE: IrO2 coated Ti

Anolyte 0.5M KOH and Catholyte 0.5M KHCO3

EIS was performed after 10 minutes of stabilization of the system with CO2 flow and after recording 10 CVs (0- -1.5V).

Can anybody help how to interpret this data and get the Ru value from this. Or should I change the voltage or other parameters? Thanks in advance!
