Your question is not clear. Please note that you wrote to the ResearchGate community, i.e. users like you. To whom you intended to address your question? Where did you demand a book?
If you mean the request for a full-text in ResearchGate: This does not mean that you will get the requested publication from ResearchGate. It just means that a message was sent to the author(s) that you requested their publication. They may send you the full-text or may not. But these requests are not numbered.
