I calculated the shear stress-strain curve for a cube of reinforced concrete.how can I convert this curve to torsional moment-rotation curve?

there is a reinforced beam-column joint with 4 members(2 beams and 2 columns), the beam members are aligned in x direction and the column members are aligned in y direction. I calculated the joint's shear stress-strain curve using MCFT in xy plane.I want to convert it to torsional moment-rotation curve . what should I do?

I am exactly trying to verify the results of the second reference you sent me but due to some ambiguity the results i calculate are different from what is calculated in that thesis including bar slip and rotational springs,Interface-Shear Spring and joint shear rotational spring. can you help me more on these issues?
