As already suggested, MetaboLights is a good source of quality chromatograms of, usually, high complexity. .D folders contain a tic_front.csv by default, representing the chromatogram's TIC, so I suppose you are referring to something else. In my opinion, you should generate your own integrated peak lists as they heavily depend on how they are generated: from TIC or selected ions, integration parameters, background subtraction etc.

In case you need data files, I have thousands of them... ;-)
