I am new user of xmgrace and i am trying to plot moving average of 3 data sets in a single graph. can anyone suggest me how i can perform it?

i have 3 data sets of 501 frames each and want to get a moving average of all 3 graphs in a single graph. i am able to lot all 3 graphs in one but unable to get a moving graph through xmgrace. any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks
