Looking forward the development of a trust domain ontology for higher education institution as a case. Could anyone had any sample research methods used for the concept identification?
Can I encourage you to consult Dr Angela Ayios' work on trust. She used a deep ethnographic approach of trust and I personally value her work highly. Whether the methodology or the findings are useful, this is well worth a look if you are working on trust.

Trust is a fuzzy factor. It cannot be categorized as 0 trust or 100% trust. I am not very sure about the literature of this domain, but i hope there is a chance to develop it highly effective if you trust as a fuzzy factor and fuzzy cognitive maps can be used to develop it for a broader area.
