As I recently came across with some comprehensive sources of assessment measures on parenting, I'm glad to share them with you.
The three volume set of the Handbook of Family Measurement Techniques edited by Touliatos, Perlmutter, Strauss, and Holden (2001) contains summaries of numerous measurement instruments related to parenting.
There is also a more recent overview in the Oxford Handbook of Child Psychological Assessment:
McKee, L. G., Jones, D. J., Forehand, R., & Cuellar, J. (2013). Assessment of parenting behaviors and style, parenting relationships, and other parent variables in child assessment. In D. H. Salofske, C. R. Reynolds, & V. Schwean (Eds.), The Oxford handbook of child psychological assessment (pp. 788-821). New York, NY: Oxford University Press. DOI: 10.1093/oxfordhb/9780199796304.013.0035
As for the measurement of attachment security I’d recommend the article by Solomon and George in the Handbook of Attachment:
Solomon, J., & George, C. (2008). The measurement of attachment security and related constructs in infancy and early childhood. In J. Cassidy & P. R. Shaver (Eds.), Handbook of attachment: Theory, research, and clinical applications (pp. 383-416). New York, NY: Guilford Press.
