Since there are no radial structures in the cells, it seems unlikely that is would be Radiolaria unless it is Liosphaerida which can have soft, spineless bodies of one or more spheroid layers. The piece of membrane just to the left of the clump looks very flexible, because it appears folded, suggesting no rigid silica structure. The lack of scaling and the variation of "cell" size makes it more difficult to identify.
