To measure the voice behavior among nursing area, I found in professor Van Dyne's opinion, voice behavior includes acquiescent voice, defensive voice, prosocial voice, but I can't find any appropriate scale to measure it. Can any one give me some suggestion?

Hello Qiulan, if you are measuring employee voice as a multidimensional construct that includes: acquiescent voice, defensive voice, prosocial voice, the attached file is the van dyne 2003 "Conceptualizing Employee Silence and Employee Voice as Multidimensional Constructs ". It has the items or the scale you are looking for. I also attached my publications on employee voice.
