Your question is too broad. What is your primary objective for using such a simulator? If this is a part of a research project, then probably you do not need a complete simulator. MATLAB/NS2/Opnet, etc, may be sufficient. If, on the other hand, you are studying some resource allocation and network deployment, then probably Agilent (Keysight) will have a software for that.

Remember that D2D has only come to LTE R12. 

I think you can use NS3 lena module. LTE networks properly in lena module. Using lena module you can also simulate D2D system.  In this simulation you can use tap-bridge for remote device connection. You can connect multiple real machine by using tap-bridge in NS3 lena module.
