My research work is about to start for PhD and my research domain is Blockchain. As per my university's policy, I have to have the main supervisor from my university but I can have a co-supervisor from anywhere. Unfortunately, currently there is no supervisor or co-supervisor available for Blockchain.
Friends, anyone interested or recommend any co-supervisor who guides me in the research work and onward completion of my dissertation.

In India, I recommend you go to Delhi; any supervisor his a specialty in security can guide you. But make sure you will be requested to change your topic to be close with the mentor area.

Why do you need a co-supervisor? I think having the main supervisor is enough. Any professor related to networking can help you. In Ph.D., the research topic doesn't remain the same. Therefore, just don't bind to blockchain only. First, discuss with your assigned supervisor and continue your PhD. After 1 year, you can search for it again if the main supervisor is not enough to guide you.
