Thanks, Dennis, these are very targeted toward business and human resources, which doesn't all translate into my classroom situation.  Two are focused specifically on biodiversity.

What I am really asking about --- and I realize that I haven't been very articulate about it --- is how to ensure that this is embedded throughout the course.  I'm thinking about the five pillars (See link below)  in which the cultural and social diversity is a cross cutting theme.  I just don't think that my course hits the mark as much as I would like.  The recommendation is that each topic (I'm reading this in intro as each chapter) must include consideration of this.  

I suppose I am more concerned with the how than the actual assessment....maybe this isn't the forum to ask this question.
