I'm not familiar with this particular system, but for general information on EEG/ERP, I strongly recommend reading "An Introduction to the Event-Related Potential Technique" by Steven J. Luck
Hi sanjaia, you can connect interface with special program of EEG measurement data( potential & time) relation. The interface connect between sample with active electrodes ( animal) and computer. or called EEG system for measurement activity of brain.
Hi Sanjaya, I am not sure if you would like to know more about EEG or about gtec. My guess is that you want to know more about gtec. We are concluding our first EEG study with this system. We are fairly satisfied with the performance thus far. However, few things to note:
1. gtec's data acquisition and analysis software run on Matlab. You don't have to buy the software as gtec hardware links up well with BCI2000 which is free and can export the data into EEGLAB format.
2. gtec amps are really well made and allow for quite bit of modifications, such as channel numbers, montage and etc.
3. Depending on the amp (gUSBamp or gHIamp) and the number of channels, the cabling can be a little too overwhelming.
4. gtec hardware and some software they have also easily allows for BCI experiments.
Overall, our experience with the support team has also been very pleasant.
