I am getting "NaN" instead of getting a outer loading value in Smart PLS 4 output. What is the reason for that? How Can I avoid this?

I am getting "NaN" in between two variables in my model for outer loading value in Smart PLS 4 output. What is the reason for that? How Can I avoid this? Can someone guide me? Thank you in advance.
