Please explain me that we say that seesaw mechanism is a way to measure the neutrino masses. The main idea is to introduce dimension-five operator(attached below). How can I understand the dimensions of this operator and how does this operator works in measuring the neutrino mass?

I also need a good article to understand "Type I seesaw mechanism" in HEP. Would someone please help me!
