There are many large tourmalines in Aplite, and the core of tourmalines is replaced by the hydrothermal solution to form fine Epidote and other minerals. There are also some Magnetite in aplite and very few fluid inclusions in quartz. I'm not sure which specific geological processes this rock has gone through.

Actually what you introduced here is just a main title that needs some clarifications in detail. Such hydrothermal alteration of tourmaline relies on multistage processes with distinct fluid sources. Which is still an enigmatic point of view!
However, you can use this secondary mineral assemblage replacing tourmaline and chlorite geothermometry to trace evolution of the PT conditions of tourmaline alteration. Then you may find the intensity of tourmaline replacement decreases with decreasing temperature or not.

Are you sure it's tourmaline? - it appears to have a cleavage parallel to the elongation and the colour is homogeneous, unlike in most tourmalines.
