Hi everyone.
In Sentaurus Sdevice, one of the possible ways to evaluate the device lifetime is to use the Multistate configuration (MSC)–hydrogen transport degradation model.
the default values of hydrogen atoms and ions are zero. it needs to be changed by the user via the PMIUserFields.
can anyone help with the exact steps to do so?
how to change it from the original PMIUserFields file in sentaurus path(an alternative way)?
my attempt was to infer to the parameter file from the Set cammand in the solve section but the values remain equal to 0 throughout the stress.
