Anyone in HRM or business admin know of any real databases where skills/experience/education of real applicants/candidates in a pool for a job consideration/s is kept with eventual shortlisted candidates selected?

So in other words, the observations could be individuals, with each variable being years of education, highest degree, experience, skill i, scores on tests/certifications, etc. of the people who applied for a job, and then a variable that coded who got an interview/the job and who were rejected?

This could be historical data.
