It has been observed in many theories related to space and time that time can be warped but my question how would we able to control the wormhole for a time interval for our warp if possible?
I remember reading this book concerning ideas about timetravel. It was several years since I read it, but if I remember correctly, it describes an unusual idea about a time machine that would consist of an enormous rotating cylinder in space. Traveling along the surface of the cylinder would take You back in time. The concept is of course impossible to realize and completely impractical. But as far as I understand, the working principle of it came out of just Einsteins classical theory. As far as I remember it, it was believed to work if it could actually be constructed...
Does anybody here know more about the concept and its validity as a theory?
