I have some doubts about the nondegenrate polarization entangled photon pairs. In most of the reported experiments, the nondegenrate photon pairs are generated via second order nonlinear processes.

However, the photons need to be indistinguishable in the quantum computation scheme. But the wavelength are different for signal and idler photons of such polarization entangled state. How would such nondegenerate photon pairs be used in quantum computation?
