How we can inject failure percentage like 5% ,10% 15 % upto so on 25 % in cloudsim ? Is the Failure injection Class support this type of failure injection phenomena ? If no ? then how it can b possible ?

Maybe you can try DynamicCloudSim, it has more than 10 parameters to configure uncertainty, one of which was VM failure rate.
