For external prestressing tendon there is no strain compatibility with concrete just at the anchorage zones. Accordingly for time dependent losses we can consider the strain history of the sections at anchorages to evaluate the creep and shrinkage losses with some approximation.

For relaxation losses there no difference between the bonded and unbonded tendon in behavior.

For time independent losses as anchorage setting and friction and others we can follow the same methodology which stated in ACI or AASHTO codes.
