Well, I'm not an expert in app development but currently looking for some scope in building up expertise in this sector.
As far as I know jave is mostly used for android app development(correct me if I'm wrong).
Python attracts me more than any other languages. That's why I'm on the way to grab everything i can find related to python. It seems like, python is so useful for data science or networking. But my concern is how well it can perform for app development? And can I keep faith in it about making a future depending on app development based on python?

You can prefer Java/Kotlin for Android App development. Python is basically adopted by developers for Machine Learning.
But, you can select SL4A (Scripting Layer for Android) for app development. Python scripts can be run on Android by using SL4A with a Python interpreter for Android.

After decades of programming on diverse languages (Java, Scala, C/C++, Fortran, Pascal, different kinds of script languages), and finally two years of coding in Python, I still didn't become a fan of it, except that is very popular and I can find almost any kind of library I need. But for me, the biggest drawback is that it is much more prompt to introducing bugs than other advanced languages. It looks easy to scratch a proof of concept app, and it might look good to continue this way for a bigger task. But when it gets complex, it's hard to control the complexity and even smart IDEs (like from Jetbrains) have difficulties in warning you for all possible bugs and offer you a robust code inspection and refactoring tools (very essential for a long term project). It needs much greater test code coverage than compiled like languages, to keep the desired code quality (you need to run every line with all possible parameter combinations to make sure it's bug-free). Dependencies and package management are also getting hard, the more you import and the longer your development last (updates management) in contrast to more strict package management in Java, for example. Before choosing Python, I would recommend looking at other options. For example, Scala has a lot to offer (unfortunately not so popular). It's concise like Python and in some cases, even more. You don't need to search for the best library or method implementation in C/C++ (NumPy, SciPy, Numba, Cython, PyPy,...) to optimize your code. You can access all the Java ecosystem (with established fine-tuning runtime profiling tools) and vice versa. Or you can switch to Scala-native and get the advantage of the C/C++ world. Other languages to look at could be Kotlin, F#, Swift, and Julia (very promising).
PYTHON will be a good option for adding machine learning to your APP. Other APP Development frameworks like web, android, Kotlin etc. will help with UI graphics and interaction features.
